Holistic, Collaborative Approach
We’re building an interdisciplinary team — integrating medical, wellness, and therapeutic services. Your voice matters in shaping the direction of our care model and practice culture.

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed or license-eligible mental health clinicians in Michigan
- Experience or strong interest in trauma-informed care
- Commitment to ongoing training, reflection, and professional development
- Desire to work collaboratively in a flexible, dynamic environment
- Respect for inclusive, anti-oppressive, and decolonial practices
For mental health professionals, preference will be given to applicants who:
- Have at least 5 years of clinical experience in multiple settings
- Are fully licensed (i.e., do not require clinical supervision)
- Are culturally sensitive and responsive to varied client needs
- Have experience navigating mental health crises and acuity 5
- Are already trauma certified
- Have experience in treating addiction via holistic and harm-reduction approaches
- Have training in DBT
- Are certified through IITAP, APSATS, or both, and have an interest in conducting therapeutic disclosures and running support groups
For medical/psychiatric professionals, preference will be given to applicants who:
- Have at least 10 years of experience prescribing medication for mental health concerns
- Have experience navigating mental health crises and acuity
- Agree with a bottom-up approach that encourages harm reduction
- Align with a holistic approach
- Align with a “less is more” approach to medication management
- Are culturally sensitive and responsive to varied client needs
- Focus on providing physical and emotional health and wellness education, and sustaining these principles before prescribing/suggesting medication changes
- Have some experience in Functional Medicine
